Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will be charged the £1.00 booking and admin fee. If less than 24 hours or no notice is given the full fee will be charged regardless of circumstance, no refund will be given due to staff costs, horse preparation and others missing out on the taken slot. If you cannot attend please advise us as soon as possible so we can offer the available slot to fellow riders.
